About project

The Galerie Pernerka shopping and social centre will be built on the area of the former Hobé distillery next to the bus and train station, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic centre of Pardubice. Excellent transport accessibility is ensured by the project’s location at the intersection of car, rail and public transport infrastructure.

The centre will include the AC Hotel by Marriott Pardubice with conference rooms, as well as offices.

Galerie Pernerka will offer two underground and three above-ground floors. The building will be designed to meet high demands for quality, functionality and aesthetics. The project will include commercial space for retail shops, cafes and restaurants, creating a vibrant public space with a wide range of services for visitors and residents of the area.

An important element of the project will be a modern cinema with seven screens. The concept also includes an extensive capacity solution for quiet transport - there will be a total of 1,100 parking spaces located on underground levels.
