The Galerie Pernerka shopping and social centre will be built on the area of the former Hobé distillery next to the bus and train station, just a few minutes' walk from the historic centre of Pardubice. Excellent transport accessibility is ensured by the project's location at the intersection of car, rail and public transport infrastructure.
The centre will include the 146-room AC Hotel by Marriott. Office part, which will offer office space of 5000 m². An integral part that will complement the office space will be a Media Salon with conference technology and a business corner.
