The cooperation agreement was signed by the management of the Redstone development group with Marriott International. The aim is to open modern hotels under the AC Hotels by Marriott brand in Pardubice and Olomouc. In Pardubice, the hotel will be part of Galerie Pernerka. Once completed, it will be one of the largest and most luxurious accommodation facilities in Eastern Bohemia and will open up new opportunities for the region.

Pardubice and Olomouc will be the first Czech cities to join the map of metropolises with this prestigious hotel brand. The interior design of both projects is being handled by Twenty2degrees studio led by Nicholas Stoupas. The hotel in Pardubice will have 149 rooms on eight floors. It will include a restaurant, fitness centre and meeting rooms.
