Construction work continues at a rapid pace
Construction work on the Pernerka Gallery project is in full swing. Upon completion in fall 2028, it will significantly transform the center of Pardubice and offer new opportunities for shopping, leisure activities, and social gatherings.
During October, SYNER prepared the construction pit for piles, anchored sheet piling around its edges, and also created a number of wells for pumping groundwater. An access ramp was built on the eastern side, and the builders installed protective railings around the construction pit.
Intensive excavation and removal of soil to the planned foundation level also took place. The material is continuously sorted and transported for further use or disposal.
The work also includes the preparation of the infrastructure necessary for the next phases of construction. The construction of the transformer station and the installation of electrical wiring are continuing, an electricity meter has been installed, and other specialist work in the field of electrical wiring is ongoing.
Groundwater is being pumped out non-stop, and 10 wells had to be built for this purpose.
The pace of work is high and construction is proceeding according to plan.
