Summer is truly busy at the Pernerka Gallery construction site – ground preparations and work on the technical infrastructure for the entire complex are in full swing. Construction site roads are currently being built to enable the safe and smooth movement of equipment and materials around the construction pit.

Soil is being excavated and sorted, and samples are being taken and tested to ensure maximum quality and safety for the future construction. AARSLEFF, a company specializing in special foundation work, has rejoined the project to begin drilling and pile driving in the western part of the construction site.

In the coming days, we expect the arrival of another drilling rig and the first 15-meter sheet piles, which will play a key role in stabilizing the construction pit. Excavation of soil for their anchoring and drainage trenches is also ongoing—an important step in ensuring a dry and stable subsoil.
