After laying out utilities, heavy equipment will come in
Just a few days after the ceremonial laying of the foundation stone of Galerie Pernerka took place in the second week of April, the construction site of the largest building in Pardubice in the last few decades was taken over by the general contractor, Syner.
In the first few weeks, less spectacular, but no less important, work was carried out on the surface of the future shopping gallery. After taking over the construction site, SYNER began laying out the utility lines. They lead from the adjacent roads, namely Kapitána Bartoše Street and Palackého Avenue.
The start of conventional construction work is only now on the agenda. In the coming weeks, heavy equipment and mechanisation will start to arrive at the construction site, as Syner plans to start excavation works and preparations for building the foundations of the extremely large building with underground car parks.
Three long years of hard work lie ahead, the final results of which we hope to show off after the completion of the first phase of Galerie Pernerka in the autumn of 2028.
